How do I track my order?
Go to My Account → Orders. Click on any order to see real-time tracking from our courier partner. You'll also receive tracking updates via email and SMS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), netbanking, popular wallets, EMI, and cash on delivery. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes! COD is available on most orders. Select "Cash on Delivery / Bank Transfer" at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express options (1–2 days) are available in select locations. Orders over ₹999 ship free.
Can I return a product?

How does the AI shopping assistant work?
Our AI assistant uses natural language understanding to help you find products. Ask it things like "I need a camera that works in low light under ₹5000" and it'll recommend the best matches from our catalog. It's available on every page via the chat bubble in the bottom right.
