1. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. iOm HitechRays is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, wallets, and cash on delivery. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your full card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. iOm HitechRays is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other force majeure events.
5. Returns
Returns are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including product descriptions, images, logos, and the AI shopping assistant — is owned by iOm HitechRays or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
iOm HitechRays is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
