Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from iOm HitechRays. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no questions asked (within reason).
7-Day Return Window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
Exceptions:
- Opened software or digital products cannot be returned.
- Items marked "Non-returnable" on the product page.
- Products damaged due to misuse (as opposed to manufacturing defects).
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Account → Orders.
- Find the order and click "Return Item".
- Choose a reason and confirm.
- We'll arrange a pickup via our courier partner — no need to ship it yourself.
